This unit is the wide angle condenser version of the DP400 projection system with the Bowens mount. While the adapters were built for use with Prolycht lights, Aputure owners can also reap the benefits of the optics now. We have tested it with Bowens mount Aputure light heads (600d, 1200x) and get great results. It delivers a homogenous beam using the widest lenses, like the fast 100mm f1.6 (34º exit angle). Thanks to the larger condenser the wide angle lenses output a large projection with minimal vignetting. The DP400KU-WA100-P is an entry-level set for a dedolight Wide-Angle Imager projector and includes everything you need to operate the projector with the Universal assembly except the lens (100mm optional). You can also swap the Universal wide-angle assembly by other wide-angle dedicated assemblies such as: the Framing Shutter DP1200FS-WA, or the 18-Leaf Iris DP1200IR2 (both not Included). If you want to enhance your DP400KU-WA100-P functionality, see the various lenses and accessories you can use to harness its full power.

Dedolight has always been committed to making the finest tools for shaping light. That means you have perfect, homogenous light where you want it, and absolute shadow where you want it. Using the DP400 Imaging projector is the best example of that commitment. Most imaging projectors, be they gobos, Irises or shutters, cannot seem to get past nasty chromatic aberrations surrounding edges and warping the light beam.
