Refund policy

At Dedolight California we strive to create an honest description and expectation of all the products and their abilities. If, for whatever reason, the product might not be what you expected, we honor a 1-week return policy.  The equipment must be returned in mint condition ie: resellable as new.

• Refunds will be issued via your original payment method
• Shipping & Handling both ways becomes your responsibility
• Unless the original purchase was made by cash or check, a 3.5% fee will be deducted from the refund to your credit card or Paypal account.  This represents the fees that various electronic processing centers charge Dedolight California to process your payment and refund.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Dedolight California Inc honors its manufacturer's expressed warranties and extends them to cover its own labor.  Dedolight California Inc sells professional equipment requiring technical knowledge of its use.  Dedolight California Inc cannot be held responsible or liable for damages or injuries resulting in misuse and/or mishandling of the equipment.

DEDOLIGHT provides a 1-year general warranty from date of purchase on all lighting systems. Warranty does not cover misuse, intentional or accidental damage. 

EFLECT reflectors are the only product without a warranty or return policy. Please refer to the Eflect reflector information page for proper use. 

PROFOUND provides a 1-year general warranty from the date of purchase on all lighting systems. Warranty does not cover misuse, intentional or accidental damage.

PROLYCHT provides a 1-year general warranty from the date of purchase on all lighting systems. Warranty does not cover misuse, intentional or accidental damage. For recent purchases clients can extend the manufacturers warranty to 18 months by registering the product on the Prolycht website HERE.
