Most know the Classic 150w dedolight for its unique qualities: a perfect beam from center to the periphery, no "shoulders" around the edges. The DLH1200D is a Classic super-sized HMI-version: a light with a great throw and no hot-spot. Thanks to the award-winning double aspheric lensing this "clean-beam" technology delivers a huge 1:18 light ratio, from a nice flood at 60º, down to an astonishing 5º super-spot, all natively by the simple turn of the focus knob.  No lights do that natively without piling accessories in the front that further deteriorate the beam quality. The 1200w HMI (DLH1200D) is the most powerful in Dedo's focusing family. Drop in the DPBA-1821 Beam Intensifier and measure 12,000fc at 12ft. Drop instead the DLWA1200R wide-angle optic to switch the focus range from 5º-56º to 55º-85º now with a light ratio of 1:50! Of course the DLH1200D also has a full line of projectors optimized for its beam (DP1200). Switch attachment in seconds, each giving a completely new function to the light. NOTE: Dedolight HMI light heads use a double UV coating over the front aspheric lens which dramatically decreases UV output. These number are 1/20 the numbers from competitors in the industry, making them some of the safest HMI lights for continuous use.
