Half Grid Diffuser for 23S Fixtures

The standard Half Grid Diffuser provides a moderate increase in softness for CineVeam 23S fixtures while maintaining more output and directionality than the heavier Art Cloth version. It broadens the spread slightly, smooths shadow transitions and enhances the natural window-light character of the 2' x 3' format.

This diffusion is ideal for portrait lighting, interview lighting and commercial production where a softer, more flattering quality of light is desired without losing the fixture’s shape and contrast. The half Grid material preserves the clean rectangular catchlight of the 23S fixture while reducing specular highlights and creating smoother skin tones.

Typical light loss for a half grid diffusion material is approximately 1 stop,(~0.9 stop): 55% transmission (45% reduction)
