S30R-200 Studio Light

The CineVeam Studio S30R-200 delivers broad, flattering soft light in a versatile 3' circular format designed for studio, broadcast, and commercial production. Combining bi-color output with integrated DMX and CRMX control, it provides the polished quality of a professional beauty light while integrating seamlessly into demanding production environments.

The 3' round format creates a more enveloping source than smaller circular fixtures, producing smooth wrap, elegant facial modeling, and a clean round catchlight. It is especially effective as a portrait key, overhead beauty light, or primary interview lighting source where broader, softer coverage is needed while still preserving contrast and dimensionality.

Compared to the more compact 2' model, the S30R-200 offers greater softness and wider coverage, making it ideal for seated interviews, beauty work, commercial production, and small group setups. Its size allows to light a subject more naturally while remaining easy to position in smaller studios and controlled broadcast environments.

With LEDs integrated all around and directly into the fabric body, the entire surface emits evenly across the fixture, eliminating internal hotspots and maintaining consistent whites and output throughout the dimming range.

Umbrella-style Quick Deployment System

The CineVeam quick-deploy system opens in seconds using a central pull-and-lock deployment rod built directly into the fixture. Simply hold the center locking collar and pull the rod to open the light, just like an umbrella. Once locked, the 5/8" rod comes out by approximately 14" to mount to grip heads, clamps and rigging.

For tighter overhead or studio setups, the deployment rod can be completely removed at the threaded connection located 2.75" (7 cm) behind the locking collar. That unremovable section is designed to fit directly into a grip head or the dedicated stand adapter, reducing the overall depth of the fixture while maintaining safe mounting.

The removable deployment rod may be switched for the optional 40" extension rod for boom mounting or greater stand clearance. Both ends include captive safety pins, and the rear end cap incorporates a hanging loop for storage and safety cable attachment.

CONTROL & POWER

The S30R-200 supports Bluetooth app control, integrated DMX, and built-in CRMX wireless operation, allowing it to transfer easily between smaller location setups and fully integrated studio lighting systems. Brightness is  adjustable from 0.1% to 100%, with precise bi-color control from 2700K to 6500K.

Integrated DMX allows direct control from lighting consoles, while CRMX enables dependable wireless operation without external receivers. Bluetooth app control is also available for fast setup and adjustment during smaller productions or location work.

The ballast operates from AC mains power or dual 14.8V batteries, making the fixture equally useful in studios or locations. The light head uses silent passive cooling to remain completely noise-free, while the ballast employs a low-noise fan for reliable long-term performance.

Available 10ft (3 m) and 20ft (7 m) head cables may be connected together to achieve a total length up to 45 ft; expect approximately ±8% reduction in output at maximum length. Longer runs are strongly discouraged.
