Half Grid Diffuser for 30R Fixtures

The standard Half Grid Diffuser adds a moderate increase in softness to CineVeam 30R fixtures while maintaining more output and directionality than the heavier Art Cloth version. It broadens the spread slightly, smooths shadow transitions and creates a more flattering quality of light without losing the fixture’s punch.

This diffusion is ideal for portrait lighting, interview lighting and beauty work where a softer, more refined look is desired but some shape and contrast should remain. The Half Grid material preserves the clean circular catchlight of the 30R format while producing smoother skin tones and a more natural wrap.

Typical light loss for a full grid diffusion material is approximately 1 stop,(~0.9 stop): 55% transmission (45% reduction)
