1/4 Grid Diffuser for 20R Fixtures

The optional 1/4 Grid Diffuser provides a subtle increase in softness for CineVeam 20R fixtures while maintaining most of the fixture’s original output and directional quality. It gently softens highlights and smooths shadow edges without significantly changing the punch and shape of the 24" round source.

This lighter diffusion is ideal for portrait lighting, beauty work and interview lighting when only a slight reduction in contrast is needed. The 1/4 Grid material preserves the compact circular catchlight and clean, focused character of the 20R fixture while producing smoother skin tones and a more refined overall look.

Typical light loss for a 1/4 grid diffusion material is approximately 0.25 to 0.5 stop, depending on fixture and setup.
