This product is an add-on to the 0CAPL200-BRDG Bridge and Rods attachment for the Orion300 FS. When using heavier dedolight optics the light configuration becomes front heavy. Of course replacing the traditional yoke by one under the optics does not truly solve the issue as the light is now hanging down instead of its accessory. Instead, Dedolight California proposes the 0CAPL200-BRDG system of Bridge and Rods. Validated for many years on cameras, this is a proven solution to achieve reliable and efficient support to heavier or long optics. Of course Dedolight California Bridge & Rods system removes the stress from the mount, but does not change the center of gravity. The Yoke Offset Rail seen here is designed specifically for this. It is an add-on to the 0CAPL200-BRDG allowing Orion 300 users to move the yoke below C. G, under the Bowens mount. With the Offset Rails and the friction modification (included with the Bridge & Rods system), the Yoke can be left completely unlocked and the system stays in position. The light with heavy optics can now be positioned precisely and effortlessly. This system strives to provide a smooth on set experience to Orion 300 FS owners.
REQUIRES 0CAPL200-BRDG to install on the Orion 300 FS unit. Does not require any modification to the light or optics. Provides perfect balancing of Optical accessories: DZOOM-P, DPBA14-P and DP400 projector even with 230mm lens.
