This set contains the essentials needed to operate a DLED3-BI Turbo, bicolor light. Powering the light head with the DT3-BI-BAT ballast and D-Tap battery adapter cable, this is the most versatile, precise and mobile light head set on the market. A kit of three can be carried on to an airplane in a hand bag (with projectors). The light is constantly consuming 40w of power from the DT3-BI ballast and alternating it between 2, 40w diode sets in the array. This means no matter what diodes are on at any given time the light is always giving you what you've paid for (not 20w on the tungsten diode set, and 20w on the daylight set and calling it a 40w light). We call this a 2x40w source with continuous color and dimming control. Amazingly, like its other siblings in the DLED family, the full range of light-shaping and imaging accessories have been made for it (See most used "S Size" accessories). From the most intricate tabletop work, to highlighting the biggest blockbuster shots, you'll want to always have these on-hand.

Use the integrated Type A = 0.5mm jack connector (10.8 - 18 V DC) to connect your DC or AC adapter power source. For AC, try the DLPS12-60 power supply (not included). Head cable is integrated in ballast.
