The 0CADLSASHOE is ProCali solution to mount any Lightstream or Eflect small reflectors with a shoe receptacle on their back to a 5/8" (baby) pin.  This aluminum-made adapter gives a lot of flexibility to mount reflectors vertically or horizontally thanks to the 5/8" receptacles on its top and side.
