The DEFRM-MG1 is a mini-sized Eflect reflector featuring a gold finish and a small grid size pattern (0.25" x 0.25" mirrors). These tiny Eflects are perfect for generating dappled lighting effects for small objects in tabletop, commercial product, and miniature photography. Made from pliable multi-mirror surfaces, they provide a straightforward solution for creating an endless variety of dappled lighting effects. The reflector can be bent to maintain its position once a desired pattern is achieved, allowing for diverse visual outcomes. Patterns vary with the grid size of the Eflect board, the light source, and the distance between the light and the reflector. Closer light sources produce softer, more overlapping effects, while farther sources result in sharper, more scattered appearances. The effects can also be modified by adjusting the beam’s flood/spot settings, with Dedolight focusing systems offering maximum creative options.
Mini and small size Eflect reflectors come equipped with cold-shoe receiver mounts, facilitating easy installation with various existing cold shoe (male) grip gear. An optional bracket, the 0CADLSASHOE, is available to adapt these units to a 5/8" pin receiver, enhancing mounting versatility.

Eflect boards can be damaged by placing hot lights too close. LED lights are recommended for close use, and it is advisable to avoid placing powerful Halogen or HMI sources within 4 feet of the reflectors.
